They don’t want or need black business here. First time I took my car to get some basic work done, the day I was supposed to come pick my car up, my key was not at the dealer. Nobody called to tell me that before driving an hour plus to get there. Secondly, today I dropped my car off to get my side mirrors replaced. It’s in my customer profile and obviously when I pulled up my car was pink. They wasted my time scheduling me an appointment knowing what I was coming in for and knowing the COLOR of my car. The service manager didn’t want to work on the car because it was painted PINK. My car being pink has nothing to do with them simply fixing my side mirrors. I truly believe they refused to this job because I was BLACK. I called another Audi location who said they can do the job and have an appointment scheduled with them. Another reason I believe they denied me is because my insurance was paying for it and I wasn’t coming out of pocket. Take your BLACK DOLLAR where it’s valued because it is not here. And don’t bother calling corporate they’re full of xxxx too! More

BMW not Audi (This website refuses to allow a correction to reflect that the vehicle in question was a BMW at Sewickley BMW, and not an Audi at Sewickley Audi, -- (This website refuses to allow a correction to reflect that the vehicle in question was a BMW at Sewickley BMW, and not an Audi at Sewickley Audi, -- a web design issue apparently for someone who knows something about coding.) In any event, relative to Sewickley BMW, my experience was very positive. Jason E. was reasonable to deal with and, although the negotiations covered several days, we ultimately reached a price that I considered favorable. Closing on the deal was a courteous and friendly experience. More

First Time Audi Owner This is my first Audi and first time dealing with this dealership. They were very accommodating, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Jason was very helpful teaching me how to use the vehicle and is still helping me since I got home and promptly forgot how to do things!
