I recently went to get my car serviced for an oil change there at Longo Toyota. Jason diep assisted with getting my vehicle processed, Although the duration of my vehicle being ready was slightly a little b there at Longo Toyota. Jason diep assisted with getting my vehicle processed, Although the duration of my vehicle being ready was slightly a little bit to long. Which is understandable because I didn’t make an appointment ahead of time. Jason was able to inform me about renting a car for like 35 dollars a day. Which was very helpful because I really needed a car to get around town to attend my important errands. He even helped me retrieve my debit card from my vehicle in the back. Next I proceeded to the rental car service. There I was able to give my information for the release of a car. Then I was greeted by Sam. She then walked me outside to the vehicle. That’s when I asked her about the car in front of my car rental. Is that a rental too? She answered yes, but there’s a price difference. Which I didn’t mind because it reminded me of my car but newer. I was pleased that she was able to accommodate my request. Sam was able to explain the terms and conditions of the of the vehicle I chose. Very knowledgeable and professional about the car rental. Processed the payment and then I was on my way. Once again Thank you so much Jason and Sam. Hands down by far the best customer service I’ve received from a Toyota dealer. 👍👍 More

Once again, Longo Toyota Service has outperformed any dealership I've ever been to - ever. They answered all my questions when I got service and I am loving my Prius Prime. If you live anywhere in LA or dealership I've ever been to - ever. They answered all my questions when I got service and I am loving my Prius Prime. If you live anywhere in LA or Orange County it's worth your time to drive extra miles to go to Longo to buy a car or get service. Paul Le Blanc is the best Service Director. He is articulate, knowledgable and has impeccable manners. More
