It was easy to schedule our needed maintenance within the time frame that worked for us. We were greeted immediately when we stopped in the "service" line. Our schedule did not allow us to pick up our car when the service was complete, but it was no problem to extend the use of the loaner car. The maintenance of our car was well & timely done.
