I called for an inventory check on a extremely specific Mustang that I seen on Serramontes Website. They held the vehicle until I came in, and I was driving off the lot in under 2 hours!!! I will continue to give Serramonte Ford my business. Everything here is slam dunk. I initially communicated to Jason (manager) that I wanted to deal with a fleet manager, he assured me that his staff Jhay, would fill in his place since Jason was going to be out of the office when I arrived.
