These people have got to be the best in the nation. My experience has been that they have been very transparent and trustworthy in my purchases. Rosalyn Delph is great sales person that I highly trust with any friend of mine in any age range. She is very considerate and concerned for your needs. Very open and never forget or over-promise. She introduced us to all of the service department personnel and managers which we thought was cool because that made us feel welcome by reaching out to us for a handshake a smile and a slight humorous gesture. Randy Ennis is very specific with a no nonsense approach with his research. The data he presents in deals are informative and factual. Randy made me feel as though the data and decisions are all yours, no sales pressure intended. I never felt as though I was purchasing a preowned vehicle or as a customer with less than new service! I felt like the guy that showed up to buy a $200,00 vehicle! Just like Randy Ennis, Jerrold Browning is data driven in what he presents. The decision is yours backed with the best advice from Jerrold you'll need to make a valued decision to protect your investment. Scheduling was easy, which I appreciated. I brought in a used vehicle for a full diagnostic due to one specific issue. After the diagnostic, a repair was recommended and completed the same da I brought in a used vehicle for a full diagnostic due to one specific issue. After the diagnostic, a repair was recommended and completed the same day. However, I left with the exact same issue. I returned the next day and was advised to try another fix. After that visit, not only was the original issue still unresolved, but now my key fob wouldn’t connect to the car either. After spending about 4 hrs there i was told to bring the vehicle back another day. Overall, I’m disappointed with the experience and the lack of effective resolution. More
