Deceptive sales practices and downright dishonest! Jason Butera - Finance Manager Vernon West - Sales Manager Jason Pike - General Manager After I agreed on the price of a used vehicle, Orange Jason Butera - Finance Manager Vernon West - Sales Manager Jason Pike - General Manager After I agreed on the price of a used vehicle, Orange Buick used every opportunity to increase its profit in ways that are unethical or harmful to the buyer: - Refused to take a check for the entire cost of the car - Mandated partial payment on a credit card, then charged a credit card surcharge -Added $899 dealer fee -Added $1,200 Global Appearance fee -Overcharged for registration and sales tax... then refused to refund the money After ALL of that, Orange Buick charged the following UNDISCLOSED FEES: $ 85.00 Consolidated Services of Indiana Fee 104.90 Courier Fees (FedEx & Services) 30.00 Temporary Registration Fees (2 Temp Plates) 95.00 ACH Electronic Filing Fee 300.00 Out-of-State Title Services DLR Fee More
