After my local dealer wouldn't take my extended warranty I bring it here. They were shocked my local GMC dealer in Brookfield wouldn't take my warranty. They worked with the extended warranty company and it I bring it here. They were shocked my local GMC dealer in Brookfield wouldn't take my warranty. I had a horrible experience with Jason and the service team. My onstar module was shorted out while it was in for service, which is now on back order. I was visiting my daughter after my Buick stalled on I 295. The service manager worked me into a full schedule and did a full check of the computer, ignition, and fuel systems. My first time dealing with an auto repair on my own and I admittedly had very little knowledge of how to describe the issue my car was having or what to expect. Jason helped me feel at ease and guided me thr admittedly had very little knowledge of how to describe the issue my car was having or what to expect. Jason helped me feel at ease and guided me through the process. He fought to have my repair covered under warranty and was sincere and honest that it might not happen, but he would try his best. Ultimately, most of the repair was covered! He made me laugh along the way and was a joy to work with! More
