Very very disappointed at this dealer i traded a 2022 audi RS E tron gt for 2024 RS7 there was a reason why i waited for the RS7 2024 cause they told me top speed will be at 190 mph took the car to a dra audi RS E tron gt for 2024 RS7 there was a reason why i waited for the RS7 2024 cause they told me top speed will be at 190 mph took the car to a drag strip the car is governed at 155 mph if you are not familiar with the cars you are selling please dont give your customer wrong info actually i bought 3 cars from this place and this will be the last time i by a car from this place very very disappointed More

I have had really bad service experience at Audi Exchange St. Charles. The general manager, Jason, at the dealership included. The problem started when I had my battery replaced at the dealership i Exchange St. Charles. The general manager, Jason, at the dealership included. The problem started when I had my battery replaced at the dealership in early 2022, the battery died after a year and I took the car back to dealer ship. Audi Exchange dealer ship replaced the battery again in February 2023 and the battery died again a couple of months later. I took the car back to the dealership and the service department said there is amp draw somewhere and said they would charge for additional diagnostic. I took the car back without further diagnostics and had an independent mechanic run some diagnostics. The independent mechanic did not find any amp draw and stated the battery is bad. Supposedly expert in their own products Audi Exchange can not diagnose a simple battery issue, after multiple attempts, and when I went back to the leadership and showed them the diagnosis, the response from the dealership was “why did you take the car to the other mechanic”, they should listen to themselves talking, news flash, Audi Exchange is so incompetent that they can not diagnose a dead battery on an Audi. I would think twice taking my car to Audi Exchange. I have lost complete trust in Audi Exchange. Just wanted to point that out. Part of buying an Audi is the experience of owning an Audi is post sales service, so far I have had an extremely bad experience at Audi. I am not sure anything would come out of writing to Audi, or if Audi as brand value customer feedback. But after this service experience at Audi Exchange st. Charles, I would recommend against buying another Audi to everybody I know. Even though Audi makes great products but the customer service is worse than a used car dealer. I would probably get better service at a used car dealer than Audi Exchange. If you are considering buying a German car stay away from Audi Exchange. They are incompetent and arrogant all the way up to the leadership. Extremely rude and arrogant. In hind site I should have gone to a Garage 31 instead, Garage 31 is competent, courteous and a whole lot cheaper then Audi Exchange, St. Charles. More
