Even with the limited information Toyota released, he consistently did his best to provide updates, which we really appreciated. As the arrival date drew closer, Jason ensured all the lease paperwork was sent over in an organized manner and took the time to thoroughly explain every option, making the process clear and easy to understand. The delivery itself was a wonderful surprise! Jason went above and beyond by bringing the vehicle right to me at the soccer fields while I was watching my oldest play. Seeing our new Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid in person, safe and sound, was such a great moment.
