I highly recommend Hyundai of Wesley Chapel for service needs. We went in with a HUGE service request and came out with everything that we needed, done right the first time. Drivers front door window regulator was repaired, but when I got the car back from Anthony the service advisor all of the sudden a few days later the door lock for the door doesn't want to lock manually. when I got the car back from Anthony the service advisor all of the sudden a few days later the door lock for the door doesn't want to lock manually. This is so annoying and it posses a security risk for the driver. I feel they helped fix one issue and created another. Now, I brought the car back for them to make it right and they won't take responsibility for their work to repair the issue for me. This is very upsetting. We spoke to the manager and he doesn't want to pay to repair my broken door lock. This new management crew doesn't seem to care for my car. To add, they also charge inflated prices!!! Not good!!! More
