We had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle with a year warranty on the AC, which turned out to be a huge waste of time. Despite taking the car to the shop mul dealership. I purchased a vehicle with a year warranty on the AC, which turned out to be a huge waste of time. Despite taking the car to the shop multiple times, the AC never worked properly. They claimed it would only work when the temperature exceeded 50 degrees, which was clearly a way to avoid addressing the issue. After several failed repairs, the AC worked for only a few months before breaking down again. Now, with a few months left on the warranty, they refuse to return my calls. Terrible customer service and unfulfilled promises. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Horrible company, I would give them zero stars if I could. We purchased a car from them last night from George at 7:40pm Ohio time. I asked George if he needed a credit card to hold hot or if we neede could. We purchased a car from them last night from George at 7:40pm Ohio time. I asked George if he needed a credit card to hold hot or if we needed to do anymore paper work to make sure this did not sell, I was told no. George told us we did not have to do anything else he would come in tomorrow morning and get it all finished up for us. So I could go ahead and get started figuring out getting it transported to where we live, Arizona. When he went in to day and was doing the popper work the manager Mike Clark decided to take another deal because that person would finance with them and they would get a kick back from the bank for the purchase. I had already secured transportation and all we needed from them was their wiring directions to transfer the money. We were contacted by George this morning letting us know the manager had decided to take the other deal that came in today (we had a done deal last night remember) and screw us over for a few hundred more dollars. I called to talk to Mike and he hung up on me, I called back and he refused. to take my call. I proceeded to call back and ask for the General manager who was out this morning but would be in in the afternoon, I'm still waiting for that call, its 8:30pm Ohio time while I am typing this review. I continued to call back and Mike did finally take my call and told me he didn't care that I had a deal and had done all that, the buyer was from Dayton and he was on his way. So I guess if they get a buyer from Ohio everyone else from around the country is kicked out. I would never send anyone to this dealership, they are a complete joke to deal with. Paying cash for a 2015 Hellcat Challenger to them is a bad thing. More

I have been to this dealership twice. The first time was to lease a car for my son, they gave us the complete run around. we ended up walking out. So I had a low voltage issue with the ABS unit. The dealership claimed it was the battery (that was 1.5 years old) and said the tested it and it was only putting out half of the cold cranking amps it w dealership claimed it was the battery (that was 1.5 years old) and said the tested it and it was only putting out half of the cold cranking amps it was supposed to. I pushed them hard on this to make absolutely certain the battery was a problem and they confirmed it was. After having the battery replaced I took the old one back to the place I bought it. They tested it and showed me it was fine. I'm so incredibly disappointed in this company and will never do business with them again. More

My service experience was outstanding! Since I work at a luxury car store I was impressed with how they addressed my concerns. They provided a loaner fixed the issue in a timely manner and had me back in my luxury car store I was impressed with how they addressed my concerns.
