I met with Jarret and I did a test drive. After the test drive, we started talking numbers. To be fair, the offer on my trade vehicle was fair, but not the best I wanted, and I believe we could have reached a good deal if Jarret hadn't gotten upset and called me entitled when he realized I was very good with numbers. He also offered me payments and said he didn't know the interest rate, even though I kept asking to see the interest rates they were offering, even though I already had financing through a different financial organization. He got upset called me entitled and made other crude comments. Furthermore he would not return my keys and license after he discovered I was also talking to another dealership. Overall I was disappointed with the behavior. More
