I see a salesperson as a major part of the dealership and a first impression. First impressions mean a lot. He was nice and definitely knew how to do his job, but could use pointers in staying connected wi a first impression. First impressions mean a lot. I appreciated the follow-up call regarding my survey. It felt good to speak to a person and express my concerns. That was the most rewarding experience. More

I was never in the dealership till the day I bought my car, I spoke to Jarred on the phone and on my arrival the car was parked out front ready for me to look it over, He assisted me thru the process whi car, I spoke to Jarred on the phone and on my arrival the car was parked out front ready for me to look it over, He assisted me thru the process which was very helpful. The dealership tells me they’ll contact me to make appts for recalls and services yet I have to constantly reach out for status of recalls and to schedule appointments. There are probably 1-2 employees that for recalls and services yet I have to constantly reach out for status of recalls and to schedule appointments.
