Purchased a lemon The sales department is like any other, willing to help you buy but not so much after you sign. The service center is only available Monday through Friday from 730a-1030a. Not sure about you but I have something called a 9-5p (which is a job!). Without it I wouldn’t be able to pay for my brand new lease which by the way doesn’t work as it was intended. Within the first week of purchase I’ve complained to my sales rep and she recommended me to visit the service center which are by far the most unprofessional workers I’ve ever encounter. They questioned me as if I’ve never driven a car. Questions like if I’m pressing the breake correctly, if my car had enough gas. Anything to discredit my claim. They’ve loaned me a filthy car filled with dog or cat hair. No offense to animal lovers but I do have kids who suffer from asthmatic issues. The second car had chocolate stains almost everywhere In the car. My second time picking up my “new” car from the service center, after it was dropped off three (3) days prior it was brought to me already on with a big message on my head on display stating there was a low tire pressure. When I went to speak to the service advisor, he claimed I must wait 3hrs to get a nail pulled out. Four (4) weeks straight and I’m still dealing with this horrible nightmare. Take my word, go anywhere else, not here! More

First, I’ll say, I dealt with three pe I wanted to write a review in regards to the service I received in buying a new vehicle from Central Ave Jeep. First, I’ll say, I dealt with three people; Jarred Daniels, Drew, and Neil Matos in Finance. I went in, and I was honest about my situation from the beginning; I let Jarred & Drew know upfront what I wanted to accomplish, what car I was interested in, and my financial situation; they both let me know from the beginning what I was going to need in terms of financing the deal from day one. I appreciated their professionalism, and their honesty. Neil Matos…. He made the deal happen for me, financially, and treated me like gold! I walked away in the vehicle that I truly wanted – he appreciated my business and made sure to hold my hand every step of the way. I even called and said, “if the deal isn’t going to happen today, I don’t want to waste your time or mine.” (that wasn’t nice, was it?) He promised me the deal was going to go through – and kept that promise. They were patient and kind – and most of all they understood that I was serious about doing business – they showed that they were just as serious about doing business with me. When going to a dealership, it’s always so important that you are honest about your situation, state what you want and need, and don’t be mad when they come back and tell you what you need to make it happen. It’s a mutual respect – and all three of these gentlemen showed me that mutual respect. They’ve got a customer for life, as well as referrals from me for life.
