Poor service from untrained employee when I had some yellow areas on my service sheet but told me everything was green. Did not give me a copy of my sheet. They lost my keys. Jared was very helpful in explaining why I had been recommended to have a wheel alignment after my last 2 visits while I had paid for a wheel alignment just 3 visits previous when I purchased tires. H recommended to have a wheel alignment after my last 2 visits while I had paid for a wheel alignment just 3 visits previous when I purchased tires. However, it is difficult to explain how I can continue to trust diagnostics after I was recommended for a wheel alignment just after I paid for one. More
