Bought your 2000. 00 oil change package. They picked up vehicle called me a couple hrs later wanting to do a thousand dollar in service work on a vehicle with less tha 00 oil change package. They picked up vehicle called me a couple hrs later wanting to do a thousand dollar in service work on a vehicle with less than 10,000 miles on it since purchased. They showed me a whole list of services that supposedly been done to the vehicle before purchasing.Now the ac isn't working since they dropped it off. Don't know if they blead the line checking everything or just trying to get more work. I will not purchase another vehicle from any cable Dahmer dealership and will highly discourage everyone from doing the same More

All is well with Cadillac Wife's 13CTS was shuttering on sharp turns,, I called it bunny hop,, I googled it an there were several threads bout it,, see said you had to threat Wife's 13CTS was shuttering on sharp turns,, I called it bunny hop,, I googled it an there were several threads bout it,, see said you had to threaten ,, cuss,, fist fight with yur dealership to get anything done !! My dealership is Cable-Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac on Noland rd in Independence Mo.. was not looking forward to the visit but Jaren,, service guy wanted to take car for drive an see what it was I was describing.. it did it as soon as we left the bldg.. he recognized it an seen it had done it 4-5 times just on the lot. Left it with them (drove away in new Cadillac loaner.. Jaren kept in contact with wife letting her know it needed repairs-- replaced sum clutches,, an changed out sum oil. I'm not a motorhead guessing frt end transmission fluid..got it back day after the 4th,, all is well. No noise .. no shutter ..no bunny hop .. no stress!!!! No charge. Was a Cadillac certified vehicle. Unbelievable,, was so happy an pleased with how it was all handled I can't say enough bout this. I had bought a new truck frm then in 14 an have had no issues ever with them. But was nervous bout this. After reading threads on computer bout dealerships not wanting to fix problem.. Just left dealership letting them know how much I appreciated the way they handled this. Not my style to drive up there an do it or to type all this in,, but dam sure wanted to let em know how I felt. Class act. Very easy!!!!! More

Only place I would buy a GM product We decided it was time to trade in our 10 year old Cadillac, and our first stop was Cable Dahmer. They have been servicing our car for years and we We decided it was time to trade in our 10 year old Cadillac, and our first stop was Cable Dahmer. They have been servicing our car for years and we have always been treated well and have been completely satisfied. Angel Robles greeted us, and after explaining our situation, he told us of the closeout price cuts on remaining new 2015 models, and suggested we also look at their Loaner-ville models. We eventually narrowed our choices to two new CTS models, and began negotiating. It soon was apparent that the more expensive of the two was more than we were willing to pay, so we drove the other model again and once more began negotiating. Many people dislike this process, but I rather enjoy it. My wife thinks I'm nuts. Angel is fairly new on staff, and any questions he did not know the answers to, he quickly found the answers for us. Another Salesman, Matt Keefer, sat in on the negotiations, and between the three of us we had some laughs, and eventually came to a figure we could all agree on. After sending the car to the detailing shop, we were told there was some chrome trim that had spots that would not come off, so they would replace those if we could wait until the next day (Saturday) to take possession. No problem. We took the car back in on Monday to have the Finishing Touch protectant applied, and they found some scratches on the door that needed attention in the body shop. In total, they had the car for 4 days. They offered a free loaner several times during this period, but we did not need one. I had no problem with the car taking longer than expected; that says to me that they are taking the time to do the work right. Everyone involved in the process was courteous, friendly, very professional without being "stuffy", and made the entire experience very relaxed and pleasant. We will continue to have our service done at Cable Dahmer Cadillac, and I'm sure we will remain satisfied customers. More

Great service Since the change over from the former Galen Boyer dealership to the present Cable-Dahmer owned dealership there have been some bumps in the road. The workmanship has always been very good the only drawback has been getting my vehicles in and out in a timely fashion and even this has gotten better. More
