Salesman was professional and stayed focused on us throughout the time we were there and purchasing the car. He answered all questions we had. He helped us to set up our phones to the navigation sys throughout the time we were there and purchasing the car. He answered all questions we had. He helped us to set up our phones to the navigation system, even though it took several tries. He did not give up or just send us on our way. David, in the finance department, was also very professional and friendly. He worked quickly and made himself available for questions during and after. Both Jaren and David gave us their cards so we could call with follow-up questions as we go along. More

We went to another dealership first but they wouldn't work with us so we went to Tulsa Hyundai and told them what we wanted. They said they could make that happen so we bought the 2025 Tuson we wanted fo work with us so we went to Tulsa Hyundai and told them what we wanted. They said they could make that happen so we bought the 2025 Tuson we wanted for a really good price. I'm glad the other dealership didn't expect my offer because I got a better deal than I was asking for at Tulsa Hyundai. THANK YOU! More

Waited 6 months for a We Owe item. They ordered the wrong part twice, and then its mounting bracket. Went back the 5th time for installation of the hitch wiring harness. Success? No. G They ordered the wrong part twice, and then its mounting bracket. Went back the 5th time for installation of the hitch wiring harness. Success? No. Got it home and it didn’t work. Took it back. Service manager called the foreman out who put a meter on it and confirmed it didn’t work.They hadn’t even checked their work! I’m done. I could never trust their service department again. Taking my business to the Hyundai dealer 4 miles north. They’re running a clown factory over at Tulsa Hyundai. More

Ordered and paid for a trailer hitch and 7 pin wiring harness when I bought the truck new in Sep 14. Was told they would be in in a “few days”. They called Jan 23 and told the part was finally in. Everyone who I talked to at the dealership was super polite and very helpful. Matthew Ogle helped me through the process of finding a vehicle that was within my budget and had the features that I needed polite and very helpful. He even let me know about a crack in the windshield that we'd both missed during the initial look at the Terrain. If he wouldn't have said anything, I surely wouldn't have noticed until wayyy later.
