I am sorry that your service visit became a concern as our goal is for our customers to have the best experience possible whether it is with our service or sales departments. I looked into your concern where you state the recall repair turned into a service bill. Your vehicle was scheduled for a recall repair at no cost to you. Upon your visit at the dealership, you asked if they would perform the upcoming Pa State Inspection along with the recall repair. During the safety inspection several safety repairs were found that needed to be addressed in order for the vehicle to pass the state required inspection. I understand your frustration and disappointment regarding your vehicle failing the state inspection, but our technicians are required to follow strict state guidelines to ensure that your vehicle is safe on the road.
