I have been in the automotive industry for 30 years. I enjoy Astros baseball with my boys, spending time with family and watching college football in the fall. I rejoined the Northside Lexus family in April of 2017 after spending 8 years as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. I spent 7 years of my career previously with the Northside Lexus team and I’m thrilled to be back! I am grateful and humbled to have the opportunity to serve my wonderful Lexus clients once again. Excellent customer service from Sales through Finance I have never experienced a car purchase like the one at Northside Lexus. My sales consultant greeted me at the door, listened to what I was interested I have never experienced a car purchase like the one at Northside Lexus. My sales consultant greeted me at the door, listened to what I was interested in, accompanied me on the test drive, secured an estimate of what the financing would look like, escorted me to the finance manager's office, and delivered my vehicle to me freshly detailed a few hours late when I returned to pick it up. The finance manager explained my purchase options, L certified benefits, the extended warranty benefits and options, and walked me through the purchase process. I never felt pressured or rushed. The sales consultant and finance manager educated me on my vehicle and financing options. I was well informed and satisfied. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely have all of my service done at Northside Lexus, refer family and friends, and make my next purchase there. I even recieved excellent follow up after my purchase. More
