So far so good. 1st time to use this dealership bc past salesmen WHERE Way to pushy. Alex did a great job letting me shop at my own pace. Alex even helped me make sure this new Wagoneer L would fit in garage and dropped off items left in my trade-in. He made sure that I got the floor mat for the back of the car and offered to drop it off. He gets 5 stars!!! More

Great, sales was very kind and courteous and knowledgeable. The finance lady was extremely rude,, could not answer questions, took an extremely long amount of time over two hours to process the knowledgeable. The finance lady was extremely rude,, could not answer questions, took an extremely long amount of time over two hours to process the paperwork which she did not do correctly. If the sales team had not been so courteous and knowledgeable, we would have stopped the process of buying the new Jeep because of her inadequacy and rudeness. A jeep can be bought at any dealership, and the finance lady needs to realize that the customers always come first. We highly recommend the sales team and department to anyone, but would never purchase there again if we have to deal with the finance lady More

Jimmy Ware is the only good thing about this dealership. We took our truck in on January 27 for a leak in our brake line. Come to find out there were only TWO brake lines available in the whole entire unive We took our truck in on January 27 for a leak in our brake line. Come to find out there were only TWO brake lines available in the whole entire universe. So they ordered one which got lost in the mail. They ordered the second one that arrived damaged. At that point, the dealership basically said Sorry for ya. We explained to multiple people that our truck is our only source of income as well as our only vehicle. They SAID they understood but didn’t SHOW they understood because again they were saying Sorry for ya! Jimmy was the only one who actually tried to figure something out for us. We even went out on our own and found someone who would make us a brake line, but Frontier kept going back and forth on whether or not they would install it for us. Jimmy finally tracked down the original part that was lost in the mail and he went and picked it up for us. Our truck, at this point, had been in the shop for 3 weeks. They started working on the brake line on the Friday after they found it and got it to the shop. We went to check on it Monday afternoon and no one was even working on it. I even tried to speak to the service manager but no one would ever let me speak to them. It didn’t get finished until Tuesday, February 21 at 5:00. Then after we picked it up, the windshield wiper relays were disconnected and we will have to take it in to get them fixed. We will not be taking it to Frontier as they don’t seem to care. More
