Horrible Customer Service The service department is HORRIBLE!!! I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler soft top that leaked when we had that bad rain last Friday. I called they couldn’t f The service department is HORRIBLE!!! I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler soft top that leaked when we had that bad rain last Friday. I called they couldn’t find my info because they had my account under the wrong name. I had about 2 inches of water in my car and they told me I had to wait for over a month for an appt for an inspection with the water leak specialist. So I’m driving around with water in my car and it smells. I left a message for the manager to call me, a week later no call!! Not to mention this happened 2 years ago when I got the car. Today it’s raining and I have water in my car again. I won’t even waste my time calling them. Worst worst worst service ever!!! Can’t wait to give back my car and be done with them. More

Good Service Westbury Jeep is one of the best service departments on Long Island. Although I didnt purchase my car from here I use their service department which Westbury Jeep is one of the best service departments on Long Island. Although I didnt purchase my car from here I use their service department which is so much better than where I actually did purchase from. I called to make an appointment and Angela was wonderful she got me in as quickly as she could. Janine was amazing and I will never go back to my dealership. Any purchases I make going forward will be from Westbury Jeep hands down. More
