I get 2 text messages a month reminding me my Highlander is due for maintenance. The problem is I do not own a HIGHLANDER. I live in CA and have never been to NY. Once the contract had the, signature he rushed my mother citing the fact that the business had to close. Upon further review of the contract at home, we realized the error and tried to rectify. Keith insisted that my mother was LYING and that he informed us of all pertinent fees. When requesting the itemization of the contract, he said “it needs to be shredded in 48 hours for client privacy purposes”. STAY AWAY FROM THE DEALERSHIP AND THIS SALESMAN AT ALL TIMES. DISHONEST SHADY AND NO INTEGRITY! More
