I was interested having the RAV4 test driven by a sales rep. I had no intention to actually purchase the SUV, that day. Lance Rodriguez is a fabulous sales person and an asset to the Larry Miller Toyota d rep. I had no intention to actually purchase the SUV, that day. Lance Rodriguez is a fabulous sales person and an asset to the Larry Miller Toyota dealership. He had patience to explain the features on the vehicle. His integrity and manners are impeccable. He was a joy to work with. I did wind up purchasing the RAV4 that I rode in. Janel Thomas worked my daughter and myself in setting up the Bluetooth and went over the RAV4’s features. It took 1 1/2 hrs to set up the Bluetooth which normally would have taken 15 minutes due to a glitch on Toyota’s end. Her patience was incredible. Janel is another asset to your dealership. More
