The worst sales manager, my family member and I were completely disrespected and humiliated at Napelton When I ask what we could do to lower the price of the vehicle I was told directly to my face by th completely disrespected and humiliated at Napelton When I ask what we could do to lower the price of the vehicle I was told directly to my face by the sales manager that I should be great full that he didn’t charge me an additional $2k as a down payment because he could. We were told no way he could own a Chevy Corvett and while discussing the price of oil changes the sales manager told my family member that he couldn’t could only afford 1/2 of a oil change. I was told that I was approved by a specific credit union and later ask to provide 6months of bank statements from my personal account and my business account and then told that I couldn’t afford to purchase a vehicle because made $20k less that the my documents. I was also ask to provide more than 2 forms of documentation that I owned a company and 2 additional forms of Identification. By that time I left the dealership almost in tears. On day 2 submitting all the requested documentation I was told that they would call me tomorrow, and after several hours of waiting at the dealership and getting no where at all.Day 3, I called the dealership to speak with the sales manager to find that he was off that day. Needless to say he has yet to call as he said he would. After being treat horribly I decided to go to a different dealership and found that I had never been approved for financing and was out rite lied to. I’ve never been treated to horrible by a dealership in my life! The only good service was from Paulette. Napelton Nissan does not deserve her such a professional person. More

Beware when it comes time to talk price. When KBB and Carfax and Nissan all agree that a car should have an MSRP of $8-10,000... they'll set an MSRP of $12,000 AND charge you for the repairs they had to Carfax and Nissan all agree that a car should have an MSRP of $8-10,000... they'll set an MSRP of $12,000 AND charge you for the repairs they had to do to make it sellable, so they can "discount" it back down to $11,000. Question it, and the customer service goes from 5 stars to "We sold it to another customer while we were talking price with you. Goodbye." More
