I am generally happy with this dealership. However, I am only giving them 3 Stars, for the following reasons. I called in advance and told them that I needed an oil change and tire rotation, However, I am only giving them 3 Stars, for the following reasons. However, after they did the work they charged me! They claimed that they did not see in their system that the services were covered. You should have told me this before setting the appointment and doing the work. Also, they did not wash the car as they did for s previous vehicle that I had purchased from them. More

This dealership gave me a complete run-around after the Jeep I purchased from them just 40 days prior began to leak oil. They went seven days having my Jeep without contacting me or keeping me updated, the Jeep I purchased from them just 40 days prior began to leak oil. They went seven days having my Jeep without contacting me or keeping me updated, then claimed the car was "fixed" already after I began pressing them. The car was not fixed and now I am forced to bring it to another dealer to get fixed. Total incompetency. More
