I had a positive experience with this Nissan dealership. The team showed a welcoming attitude and really took the time to understand my situation, offering viable options that made the process smoother. Their customer service felt genuine and attentive, which I truly appreciated. That said, I do have one concern. During the initial discussions, I was orally promised a 5‑year extended warranty, but in the final negotiations I was asked to pay extra for it. While I value transparency and the effort they put into helping me, I believe commitments made upfront should be honored consistently. Overall, I would recommend this dealership for their professionalism and customer focus, but I encourage them to ensure that verbal promises align with the final paperwork to build more trust More

***Update*** This morning on October 30th, I had a conference call with some of the management team, and they’re going to make this right, over and above right. They are working hard for me and are over accommodating which is rare in the automotive industry. My situation appears to be an anomaly, and I couldn’t be more relieved that they’re standing behind their product and will take great care of me. By all means, PURCHASE A VEHICLE from them as they have just proven that they will take care of their customers AFTER the sale to maintain a positive relationship. ————— I purchased a preowned 2020 Mercedes GLE350 from the dealership. The purchase process was good, however, the car not so much. I was assured that this vehicle received a thorough inspection prior to sale, but it’s obvious that this “inspection” was not as thorough as we had thought. The rear shocks are bad, the motor mounts and transmission mounts were bad. Additionally, I bought the extended warranty, which was the closest thing to “bumper-to-bumper” you can get. After many rounds with the extended warranty company, the warranty company would only cover the motor mounts, and not the transition mount. Also, the warranty company will only cover one rear shock. The warranty company will only pay approximately five hours of labor, the actual labor for these repairs is approximately 18 hours. This leaves me out of pocket approximately $4,000 in repairs. This vehicle should’ve been sent to auction versus being placed for sale on their lot. I understand the risk of buying it “as is” vehicle, I also understand that I bought a European vehicle in which repairs are expensive. This is why I purchased the best extended warranty policy they offered. I believe these issues should’ve been caught once a vehicle came in on trade and PRIOR to being listed for sale. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership if you want to purchase a preowned vehicle. I would recommend you do your research on your own warranty company if you take the risk of buying a preowned vehicle from this dealership. More
