I came in because my rear axle was leaking I thought I had to replace it they said all I needed was a new plug or gasket they could of told me the whole axle needed to be replaced but they didn’t I spent had to replace it they said all I needed was a new plug or gasket they could of told me the whole axle needed to be replaced but they didn’t I spent a lot less than I expected due to their honesty More

Would give a 0 star rating if I could. Took my 09 Xterra in to have the transmission pan replaced and an alignment. What I got was a misaligned suv with a dent on the drivers side door. Took it back to them 2 more times before they got the alignment right and dent somewhat repaired. The 2nd time I brought it in for the alignment Earl (the technician) stated that I needed eccentric bolts to fix the alignment issue but then when I brought it in the third time all the sudden it could be aligned correctly without the eccentric bolts. They weren’t even going to tell me that they accidentally dented the door. On top of all that they charged me to have them verify everything was done properly on the third visit. After writing a honest review the dealership called and wouldn’t give me a chance to speak without interrupting me then told me that I was being put on a red list. So unless you want incompetent people working on your vehicle and then to be threatened after sharing your bad experience, STAY AWAY FROM “VICTORY” Nissan. Shady people for sure More

Wonderful service department said they only wanted to make me happy and, they did. The idle was adjusted from 625 to 725 and the intermittent vibration has not returned once.
