Alex Valentin and Jamie Ruis are high performance professionals who listen to their customers thus earning my trust. Alex, Service Manager, who oversaw my last maintenance, is exceptional. His in-depth knowledge and experience in automotive service and repair is extensive, and his leadership skills are better than most high-level managers at Fortune 100 companies. I know because I worked with and for major corporations throughout my career and my research/doctorate in employee development and performance allow me to observe and evaluate performance outcomes. More importantly, I trust Alex and Jamie to maintain my vehicle in top condition which is critical as my life depends on it. More
