Almost 3 hours to get 2nd svc on elantra 2 years old w/6000 +miles. A simple oil change and didn't check tire pressure. We have bought 8 or so cars from this Hyundai dealership, including 2 genesis in w/6000 +miles. A simple oil change and didn't check tire pressure. We have bought 8 or so cars from this Hyundai dealership, including 2 genesis in the past!!! This was the worst service so far. My car was listed in my husband's name although title in my name and no phone number for me. Someone messed up my records big time! Never had this trouble before. There were lots of people waiting for their cars and I was the last one to get mine. I was told the service would take 1 to 1 1/2 hous.....I might have to go somewhere else. Just because we don't own a genesis anymore, doesn't mean I have to put up with this!!! More

From the initial check in with Jamie until the notification that the maintenance was completed, I felt that I was taken care of in a timely manner and kept aware of the process.
