Had 2:30 appointment for oil change. Arrived at 2:10 and checked in. Used waiting room until 3:45 saw my car sitting outside. When I asked if it was finished, was told they were just get Arrived at 2:10 and checked in. Used waiting room until 3:45 saw my car sitting outside. When I asked if it was finished, was told they were just getting ready to start on it. I couldn’t wait any longer. Left with no oil change and 90 wasted minutes. Totally unacceptable. More
