We bought a Kia Niro 2024. The handle was missing, there were scratches and backup keys were missing. We were promised that the handle will be ordered, scratches will be fixed The handle was missing, there were scratches and backup keys were missing. At first I thought it was a good experience until I ran into issues with insuring the vehicle to finding out by the bank that they submitted false documentation which included my moms identification card s into issues with insuring the vehicle to finding out by the bank that they submitted false documentation which included my moms identification card sent out as a enhanced drivers license and now I’m stuck with dealing with the bank and filed a complaint with the generals attorney office as I called to speak to the owner which I haven’t heard back spoke to the GM and was a pointless conversation did not bother to take action with his team on this More
