Unlike other dealerships the Ferman sales staff is willing to go the extra 120% to make sure the customer is taken of. The repair shop employees discovered the passenger side glass cracked at the bottom above window ledge. The repair was completed the next day. The customer care that Ferman employees showed was more than I had received from the non Ferman dealerships. More
