We have been dealing with Bernie Honda for nearly twenty years. The staff has always been knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Follow on support has also been excellent. This latest purc twenty years. The staff has always been knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Follow on support has also been excellent. This latest purchase was after a pickup truck broadsided my wife in our 2022 Honda CRV. The CRV was totaled, but my wife came out of it with just a couple of bruises. A neighbor who came out to see if she could help looked at the CRV and at my wife and said she was going to buy a Honda. We are greatly pleased with the Honda product and the Matt Burnie Honda staff and service. More

I cannot say enough about our experience at Matt Byrne Honda in Scranton, specifically salesman Jaime Henderson. Jamie Henderson was great. He was upbeat and energetic. After reflection after the sale left a bad taste. They needed to not hard sell the car above Jamie's level. The manager basically made it sound like he was selling me the car at the price of the lower model when in fact it was still the same higher price model. They all need to sell Honda the company more. Tell the customer about Honda and what the benefits are to buying a Honda, like the warranty. Explain it more instead of trying to sell stuff like gap insurance, rim and tire insurance and extended warranties. All they do is manipulate the payment price. It's was done hurried. God bless older folks. The car is great. The place is beautiful. The people are friendly. Sell Honda to the customer. No pressures. My wife previously bought a brand new Subaru and everything was upfront right infront of your eyes. Exact numbers. This was not even close to that. Everything done out of one's view. My own fault. Live and learn. I believe only once in my life did I ever walk out of buying a car like something wasn't pulled over my head. I love the car. I love Honda. I get compliments and I never heard a bad word about a Honda from Honda owners I have met in the last week I have owned the car. I would just love to know more about the benefits of owning a brand new Honda. Have a great day. More
