From the beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly and clearly. This odyssey involved navigating through their artificial intelligence bots, concierge services, client interaction layers, and ultimately, their sales departments. The process was akin to being a mere ticket at a deli counter, devoid of personal touch. Serendipitously, I discovered Acura of Stamford through CarGurus, where the dealership's commendable ratings caught my attention. Using their online booking system, I scheduled a test drive overnight and was promptly greeted by a text message from a human representative, confirming the car would be ready. Upon my arrival, Christina made instant introductions to Ty and Jaime, no bots insight. The entire team exuded genuine personality, devoid of any aggressive sales tactics.
