New rear brakes squeak loud. Took it back twice and they tell me they don’t squeak. Guess what they still squeak. Never going back and I have bought two vehicles from them. Not doing that again !! More

This was the second try with a manager. I never did meet the man or heard from him again. He was the service manager or one of them. Steve I believe, called me and said he was going to take care of it and that was the last time I heard from him?

Steve is the manager of "All" our service. I am also working with Blaine, the Quick Lane manager to try to get to the bottom of this. We think that the technician that worked on our car, may be one that was recently released. We are still looking into the intendent. We will address the issue on our end. Is there anything additional you would like to see happen with this?
