I have something to say Very bad service Manager included!!! Forced to finance used car or pay 1500 more money!!! Also push you to by Nissan Package for 1895 or they try to change numbers!!! This dealership is fantastic! I was greeted promptly when I pulled into the service drive, and they began working on my titan shortly afterwards. Everyone I came across made sure I was greeted promptly when I pulled into the service drive, and they began working on my titan shortly afterwards. Everyone I came across made sure I was being assisted and asked if they could be of help. The customer lounge was spacious, clean and they even had fancy coffee and snacks! I will be getting all of my service work done at Nissan of Cumming from now on. More

Brought my 2024 Nissan Frontier in because the Infotainment Display will sometimes take up to 12 seconds to come on after starting the vehicle. Service department duplicated the problem, but was n Infotainment Display will sometimes take up to 12 seconds to come on after starting the vehicle. Service department duplicated the problem, but was not able to fix it. The Service Department told me that they put in a service request to Nissan about the problem and told me that when they heard back they would call me for resolution, but have not done so. I sent text and email to Service Department manager and tech but have received no reply. In the meantime, the Service Department sent me notices that they had completed an inspection of my vehicle and closed out the repair ticket. The problem is still happening, and I am (very) not satisfied. More

The purchasing of the vehicle was very smooth. When it retains to the leadership, management, and ownership of their automobiles they lack to stand behind their vehicles. Instead they displayed lack of interest and displayed traits of leaders who show bare minimum respect and loyalty to their customers. More
