I came in to get the oil changed on my 2022 Subaru ascent. While I was there, I was walking the lot and saw this 2024 Subaru ascent touring vehicle. I asked Andrew while I was waiting for my car to be ascent. While I was there, I was walking the lot and saw this 2024 Subaru ascent touring vehicle. I asked Andrew while I was waiting for my car to be ready what the negative equity would be in this car if I decided to get into it early. Because I was willing to take a 2024, the deal worked out pretty well in my opinion. Andrew was very courteous, attentive and super friendly and easy to work with. He has a credit to your dealership. I need a whole lot more than 15 words to talk about how great Stephanie is. I have recommended at least 10 acquaintances and probably a half a dozen strangers to your dealership to work with Stephanie. S great Stephanie is. She didn't make us feel bad for having our kids with us which I know is challenging. She worked to help us get the exact car I wanted for a price I was comfortable with. She even sent a hand written thank you card which is such a classy touch. I am so glad to have worked with her and I will continue to tell anyone who needs a vehicle to go see her. More

I want to give a big thank you to James in service for his amazing customer service !! I only came in for an oil change but I ended up getting my 60k miles routine maintenance, new tries and of course the his amazing customer service !! I only came in for an oil change but I ended up getting my 60k miles routine maintenance, new tries and of course the oil change to keep my Subaru outback healthy. James made me feel comfortable, took his time going over everything and answered all my questions(trust me I had a lot..lol). After a horrible experience at the other Subaru dealership in Orange park it's a nice feeling to have trust and confidence in the professionals taking care of my car.
