I have been helping people take home their dream car since August of 2004. I was raised in Joliet, and lived there most of my life, until moving with my wife to Crest Hill when we got married in 2023. In my free time I like to play adult baseball in leagues in Downers Grove, Naperville, and Tinley Park. I like to collect baseball, football, and basketball trading cards going back to the 1940's. If I had to choose a favorite car I am biased with the Chevrolet Corvette, with being around them for most of my life.

James was great from the start. He greeted me right away and was okay to wait for the rest of my family to show up before we talked. When my family showed up he greeted them at the door with “are you with Sue” which made things more personable. We told James what we wanted and him and Richard worked with us to make us happy. I love my new car and enjoyed the long tedious process in buying one. Highly recommend this dealership over other Mazda dealership, and this was not the first one we went too. However it was the one we bought from so that should sum it up on how great this place and James was. Oh we found out while he was showing me the car that he was off at 5pm. I left the dealership around 8:30pm. I offered to come back tomorrow and he said he didn’t mind. He also acted like he didn’t mind so again, highly recommend James. He gives you his time and 100% his attention. More

Firstly, I would thank Mr. James and Mr. Ricky for all the help they’ve done to me to get the car when I initially walked in. I just wanted to take an SUV and Mr. James has guided me very well to get me a Mazda CX 50 and all the process was so smooth and I took the car the same day when I walked in. The offered a used 2025 vehicle for sale. I contacted and told them I would pay their asking price but wanted to see a price sheet before I drove 80 mi round trip to pick up the car for a pr I contacted and told them I would pay their asking price but wanted to see a price sheet before I drove 80 mi round trip to pick up the car for a pre-purchase inspection. Thus ensued several emails back and forth over several days in which they offered add-ons, which I declined. They refused to sell me the vehicle without the add-ons. I just learned that this is illegal and a deceptive practice. I told them this and that they no longer have the opportunity for my business. Most of my interactions were with James Wolff, who seemed to be honest and straightforward; said that "management" wouldn't do the deal. If I could give Hawk 0 stars, I would. Better rating for James. More
