First time buyer with North Knoxville Ram and I had a great experience from the first email till I drove off the lot! Tim Fredericks would be my personal recommendation for a great salesman to work with. great experience from the first email till I drove off the lot! Tim Fredericks would be my personal recommendation for a great salesman to work with. But being fair to the others, they did acknowledge me and cut up with me as well while I was there. The finance manger James also made sure that all the T's were crossed and I's dotted. James made sure that I understood all of the paperwork and that No Games were played. North knox has a pretty laid-back environment, with out all of the hassel you normaly get from a topical dealership. I'm looking forward to being taken care of with my service on my new Ram and even my next new vehicle that I buy when that time comes. Thanks again Tim for all of your help!! More
