Had a problem with TOYOTA HQ in regards to reimbursement for repairs that was done to my car prior to official recall. I felt like grinding a brick wall dealing with those people until I contacted Besa. Sho for repairs that was done to my car prior to official recall. I felt like grinding a brick wall dealing with those people until I contacted Besa. Shortly after, James got back to me offering assistance. Within a few weeks the issue was resolved and I got what they owed me. Cudos James and Besa! The best service reps I've ever dealt with, period! More

Came for an oil change, left with a friendship Good customer service is hard to come by at dealer service centers, but that's not the case with Cecilia at Island Toyota. She is both extremely knowledgeable about your vehicle, honest about what you really need, and truly exemplifies what excellence in the industry looks like. FANTASTIC! ! I always bring my car to Toyota for all my car issues. My service advisors Cecillia and James are there for me. They are always very helpful and kno ! I always bring my car to Toyota for all my car issues. My service advisors Cecillia and James are there for me. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable they explain everything to me and I trust them 100% with my cars.Chuck my mechanic is awesome he takes care of all my car concerns and I feel comfortable and safe driving my car. Service is made very easy and stress free. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere . Love you guys !!! More

Mr. Sal Sorino (apologies if your name is misspelled)My Mr. Sal Sorino (apologies if your name is misspelled) My brother and I brought my mother's car in for service yesterday 8/10. We were told the car Mr. Sal Sorino (apologies if your name is misspelled) My brother and I brought my mother's car in for service yesterday 8/10. We were told the car would be ready by the end of the day. I thought that was great and went home to wait for the call to pick up the car. It was close to 5pm and neither my brother or I received a call that the ready or that service would be delayed. Since we didn't get the call, my brother called and was told the car wouldn't be ready until the next morning. We called this morning before heading to the garage at 10am only to be told the car would be ready around noon. We got to the dealership and there was only 1 person being taking care of by a female employee at the desk, while two other employees come to the desk and utterly ignored my brother and I. I had to say something to even get acknowledged. Not a SINGLE employee working behind that service desk said hi, I'll be right with you or hello, how can I help you. NO, utter customer disrespect. Eventually James came out and sat at the desk, no hello, how you doing, nothing, just handed my brother the papers and no thanks, nothing. Customer service is the bread and butter of ANY business, period! The individuals working in the office were unprofessional and I'm sure not a true representation of you and Toyota. I will be happy to share my negative experience with the better business bureau and Toyota. My overall customer experience is really a 0 but I gave a 1 star because the car was fixed. I suggest the service center in NJ, customer service is much better. Thank you. BF Staten Island, NY More

tacoma tire James was very professional and when I called he was able to expedite the repair since I did not have an appointment and had to get my vehicle towed James was very professional and when I called he was able to expedite the repair since I did not have an appointment and had to get my vehicle towed in. I brought my friend with me to get her car serviced as well. She reported that they were able to attend to the recall on her vehicle and had no other issues. Good customer service! thx More
