The experience was very good, with the exception of quite of bit of wait time. We were at the dealership 4 1/2 hours. Most of the wait time was waiting to get into finance. The worst dealership I’ve ever been to. James tried to help me and was very polite. The sales manager was very pushy. I couldn’t get to may bank that was 45 minutes away before they closed James tried to help me and was very polite. The sales manager was very pushy. I couldn’t get to may bank that was 45 minutes away before they closed so he (can’t remember his name)told me I needed to go ahead and sign the papers so the wouldn’t sale it and I could get the bank stuff done on Friday morning. My husband brought the check back on Friday evening ready to pick up the vehicle. On the way home the check engine light came on for a faulty sensor and the steering wheel shakes at 70+mph. On Saturday we found out the windshield wipers wouldn’t work do no fuse in the fuse box. On Monday I had to go back to get a paper tag because one was not put on the vehicle when my husband left with it. I told James about this and he said he would see what he could do. The finance guy on the other hand said since it was bought as a cash deal and “as is” that nothing could be done. Which I decided it would be ok. By the time I got the 45 minutes back home I had lost oil pressure and the top of the motor is covered in oil and the underneath of the vehicle is covered in oil. I am unable to even dive it now. This should not happen in less than 72 hours of owning a vehicle from a reputable dealer. I have posted on every social media to not use your dealership and my followers and friends have shared it. More

Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. If my bank’s computer system hadn’t gone down that afternoon, the whole process would have taken less than three hours!
