I’ve been going to this dealership for year before they were auto nation and ever since it was bought out the service has just been absolutely awful. Full service checks to my car have not been completed u were auto nation and ever since it was bought out the service has just been absolutely awful. Full service checks to my car have not been completed upon my request. No one has informed me the last few times of what needs to be kept an eye on or changed out. Other then what I went there for my service and appointment. I’m truly disappointed. I used to get the best service now I can barely get acknowledged More

I was nervous when the dealership/service center changed hands, but things had already dramatically changed since my purchase in 2019--as everywhere. My service appointment was great, and AJ is still there hands, but things had already dramatically changed since my purchase in 2019--as everywhere. My service appointment was great, and AJ is still there to care for my car, so I am happy about that. It is important to me that I have Acura certified service on my car. There seem to be fewer employees in the building, but I find the same everywhere. There was always someone available who could answer my question or go to get another person who could. I was kept well informed all through the appointment, and there were hot and cold beverages and even snacks while I waited. I'll go back! More

Do Your Research! I could not believe how awful this place was. I originally was directed to them through the Costco Auto Buying Program because I was looking for an MD I could not believe how awful this place was. I originally was directed to them through the Costco Auto Buying Program because I was looking for an MDX. After driving a few MDX's at a different dealership, I decided it was not what I wanted. I did find a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in the used lot. I test drove it and I loved it! I got the VIN and did a price analysis in relevance to current market value. The Jeep was over priced by $2,700!!! I started looking up other vehicles they have - ALL of the vehicles I looked up were ridiculously overpriced. We tried to work on a price with them and they were not willing to work with us. I have an email in my inbox from Costco asking how my experience with them was - I will be sure to let them know they need to look for a dealership who will be better to their customers. More
