I brought my F 150 in for recall services on a Monday. They said it would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. I told them I couldn’t be there Tuesday. It, I would pick it up later in the week. I arrived Friday They said it would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. I told them I couldn’t be there Tuesday. It, I would pick it up later in the week. I arrived Friday and they said it wasn’t ready. In fairness they did move my issue up the line but, I waited over two hours until it was ready. Everyone was kind and professional but, I should have been called to say there was a delay. More

Communication was great, they did the best they could to troubleshoot and correct my vehicle, handled the warranty. I think there is still something wrong with my car electrical they need a better way to de troubleshoot and correct my vehicle, handled the warranty. I think there is still something wrong with my car electrical they need a better way to detect with the new vehicles. Ford needs to do better. It will probably end up back there but overall they were fantastic. More

The vehicle we bought was just run through the car wash, no derailing at all windshield extremely dirty drivers seat, stained. no instruction with the operation of the vehicle.
