Waited longer then expected for an appropriate I went to the shop on Friday. He asked me if I had an appointment and I said no. He said it would be a hour to hour and a half wait. I made an appoint I went to the shop on Friday. He asked me if I had an appointment and I said no. He said it would be a hour to hour and a half wait. I made an appointment for Monday and still waited a little over a hour. More

Couldn't be any better Had to have my Enclave towed in for repair due to what ended up being a bad battery and corroded negative cable. I was unaware that they were both s Had to have my Enclave towed in for repair due to what ended up being a bad battery and corroded negative cable. I was unaware that they were both still under warranty. The service department was honest and efficient in letting me know that it was covered under warranty and had the car ready to go the same day. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for service. More

Took way too long I had 4 tires, balancing, and alignment. Throttle body and cabin filter. I inquired about a ride home as I only live 2 miles from this dealership. I had 4 tires, balancing, and alignment. Throttle body and cabin filter. I inquired about a ride home as I only live 2 miles from this dealership. I was told yes. I was approached a few minutes later and told the work would only take about about an hour and a half and would I be willing to wait. I said yes. The job ended up taking 3 hours 45 minutes. This is inexcusable. You crossed the line Jim Ellis. I will never be back. More
