The worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. !. The salesman was so dishonest and played head games with me on the vehicle I was getting. He went from telling me I could choose any truck on the !. The salesman was so dishonest and played head games with me on the vehicle I was getting. He went from telling me I could choose any truck on the lot to switching the truck he said I could have like 10 times. It was completely ridiculous, and unprofessional, and I should have just walked away but was in a situation where I had to get something that day! He has no business working with the public at all!!!!. It was so disheartening to be treated like that. I had previously purchased a car from their Irving location several years ago and it was a positive and easy experience. I will never purchase a vehicle from this place again no way!!. More
