As current MB owners, and having purchased from MB of Manhattan, we have a good frame of reference with respect to attentiveness, competitiveness of pricing, etc., and James and the team scored high marks on all fronts. Although we didn't ultimately execute the purchase, I will certainly be back when we seek our next lease in a few years' time, and will specifically seek to work with James on the project. More
