I have been working with Joel for almost two years. I came in one day to look at the new body style QX60 and the price at the time just wasn't going to work for me. Through out the past two years Joel I came in one day to look at the new body style QX60 and the price at the time just wasn't going to work for me. Through out the past two years Joel has kept in touch and never pressured me like the other dealers. I felt comfortable telling Joel when I was ready and the price point and options I was looking for. He was patient and resilient in finding the right vehicle for me and my family. We kept in touch over the period of time of two years and he even gave me options to come look at when time was available and when It didn't fit what I was looking for he was always comfortable and never pressed anything, which is ideal when looking for a new/used vehicle. I had other dealers contact me and inevitably working with Joel was just hands down an excellent experience, as to why I finally bit the bullet and purchased my 2023 QX60 with Joel. His patience and persistence paid off in the end and I was comfortable the whole way through. After purchase, I left the vehicle at the dealership to get a blackout package installed and he even kept me updated consistently throughout that after purchase process which impressed me as well. The truck was a surprise for my wife's birthday and when we picked it up, she didn't know until he handed her the keys. He even took an hour of his time to show her how to use all the new options in her new truck. Thank You Joel for being patient and sticking with me through this process! Definitely recommend! We had a great experience at the Infiniti in Hoffman Estates and Joel Gappa. We called ahead to set an appointment to see the 3 2020 QX60s that met our buying criteria. Once we arrived, he gave us printed information about their history and we test drove. Joel was very patient in our decision making. Once we were set on a QX60, Joel stayed with us while our purchasing papers were being processed. He told us great stories to entertain us while waiting. We were cash buyers, so the end process was pretty painless. We were out the door, happy customers! More

Words cannot describe my experience, as I dealt with what seemed to be some stereotypical 1980s sleazy used car dealership. I figured buying a nice used car from what seemed to be a decent Infinity dealer wo seemed to be some stereotypical 1980s sleazy used car dealership. I figured buying a nice used car from what seemed to be a decent Infinity dealer would be clean and simple, nope. I made an offer on a VW GTI and what I got back was a price $4000 HIGHER! One, the price of the car went up $500 on the website a day later. Strange. They stated due to click activity the price went up. As if I am buying SuperBowl tickets. Second, they added $2000 for ceramic coating and $1500 for some sketchy security system “they have to put on all their cars.” Huh? All of this was packaged as this was an offer another customer proposed. Really? Classic staged consumer veiled interest. I’m not having it. As I backed off the salesman Sias well what if we take off the add-ons? All a lie and scam. Sad. They could have just said no to my offer and we could go through a classic negotiation. As if I am getting pitched rust proofing, undercoating and stain guard. Sad. Pathetic. And lost a potential customer. BTW, the car is still sitting. No wonder. As the market settles, their scams return as they got comfy with easy adjusted pricing over MSRP. Beware. More
