The service was great up until it was time to pick up my car. After I paid for my service, I gave the Valet my receipt and waited and waited and waited for my car. After 15 minutes, I asked what was going o car. After I paid for my service, I gave the Valet my receipt and waited and waited and waited for my car. After 15 minutes, I asked what was going on. He said my car is coming up. After 30 minutes I asked again where’s my car. He said it’s coming and it’s on its way. After 45 minutes I was still waiting after an hour. I was getting mad For waiting so long for my car after paying. at the hour and 10 minute mark I told the Valet I want my car now and he said it was at the other building and apparently they couldn’t find my car. This was absolutely ridiculous. More

I am very unhappy the right side is still making the noise even though you put new tires and brakes still making noise. You waste my money and 2 weekends spent at your dess as per ship. You need to teacher your manager and associates to treat customer with respect. I really don’t want to go back to your dealer ever. You never fixed the problem . U should get a refund back and you should of change the Abs fluctuator . I did let your supervisor know if something happens to my family when we went to have my car checked You will be responsible.
