I've leased or bought four vehicles now from the team at Volvo Cars St. Louis, namely Alan Prohic and Joe Majda, and they are both AWESOME...super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their vehic Volvo Cars St. Louis, namely Alan Prohic and Joe Majda, and they are both AWESOME...super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their vehicles! I just picked up my new leased Volvo XC60, which Joe Majda facilitated from initial order to delivery, and the whole process went extremely smoothly, the vehicle is gorgeous, drives like a dream, and I couldn't be more satisfied or recommend Joe and the team more highly! So if you're in the market for one of the safest, most utilitarian, reliable, and attractive vehicles on the road, and one of the friendliest dealerships in town, look no further than Dean Team Volvo of St. Louis, and ask for Joe or Alan for the friendliest service, though I know you will receive the same level of friendly, professional service from anyone there, I just have personal experience with these two gentlemen, and they are both SUPERSTARS! Sincerely, Andrew Goodman PS. The Service and Management departments are both AWESOME as well! More

Found this car online and Pat made it super easy to buy it from out of town. He answered all my questions promptly and I spent less than an hour at the dealership doing a test drive and paperwork. it from out of town. Gordon Woodbridge made the deal happen Gordon Woodbridge was amazing and really made me feel valued through out the whole purchase process. He always stayed in touch via text and phone and Gordon Woodbridge was amazing and really made me feel valued through out the whole purchase process. He always stayed in touch via text and phone and I like that. He made this deal work, I live in Jersey and bought the car sight unseen because Gordon really explained the condition of the car welll, he was very honest and didn't try to do the typical sales man pitch of, "if you dont buy it someone else will buy it." I feel like I got a good deal on the 2016 Volvo XC90 that I bought with just 17K miles. He was also willing to build trust with me and bought my 2014 BMW 328d trade in all the way in Jersey sight unseen. They also arranged the shipping of my trade in to St Louis which was really nice of them and I it showed a level of commitment. The only recommendation I would say is to work on getting communication with the shipping companies they use since I only got informed about my trade in pick up an hour before the truck showed up. I went with Volvo financing initially and Dave Zor was very fast in sending me all the financial documents overnight for my signature. I recommend having your own financing ahead of time since Volvo gave me the highest interested rate I have ever gotten in my whole life even with an 825 credit score. I have to say that Gordon was just amazing, went above and beyond to meet some request I have like getting a Polstar tuning and mud guards installed and he was able to get me a discount because by working the James in the parts department. They detailed my new used car, filled the gas tank and the pick up was very smooth. I would absolutely recommend working with Gordon Woodbridge because he was always willing to get answers if he did know something it responds very quickly. More

Hostage Service/Parts Pricing 2006 Volvo S 60 2.5 T It's hard to be civil in discussing my recent experience in getting price quotes for my Volvo. In response to an automatic a 2006 Volvo S 60 2.5 T It's hard to be civil in discussing my recent experience in getting price quotes for my Volvo. In response to an automatic alert for maintenance at 120,000 mile service I called for a quote. The service book calls for a timing belt, plugs, filters, check ups etc. The quote was about $1600. I got the same work done with guaranteed OEM parts for $941 from a certified mechanic. That is almost excusable, until I lost my key fob and my spare is partially broken. I called for a replacement FOB and key. The cost for that is $375. This is simply outrageous. I started compiling a list of electronic items I can purchase for $375. I could get an entry level laptop. A smartphone with as much computing power as we used to go to the moon. 4 inkjet printers. A 10 megapixel digital camera. A GOPRO. What Volvo doesn't understand is that they completely destroy customer loyalty by what I can only title "Hostage Pricing." There is NO practical justification for charging this except that they can because they have made it very difficult for locksmiths to attain the necessary programming. I ran a multimillion dollar retail company. We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to bring customers in and make them loyal. Volvo people, why would you spend millions advertising your products and then charge them so much for a simple device that you drive them away from ever purchasing your product again??? It's not only irritating to us, it's is just stupid. More
