But from the beginning of our dealings with Honda of Gainesville to the closing on the purchase, it was a good, stress free, no pressure experience. Matt quickly responded to an email inquiry I had sent and provided excellent follow-up with good information. Luis made the closing at the financial end very smooth and less cumbersome than expected, addressing every question we raised; very professional and 1st class. And James, well, he was just super from beginning to end; and still is with his follow-up. James' approach to us, as customers, was and has been with a view to satisfy the customer. We test drove 3 Accords on different days, and James was always very accommodating. He provided excellent data for our use in comparing the Accord to a Mazda-6 and a Ford Fusion. He assisted us with any request we had without hesitation. In short, it has been an excellent experience working with James; the same as it was with Matt and Luis. Even though I didn't purchase the car the first day, James made me feel very comfortable and I hoped I would be able to give him my business once I had a few days to think about this big purchase. In addition to his great service and friendliness, James did me a huge favor by allowing me to store my previous company owned car at the dealership until the leasing company could pick it up. I have to thank James for being a very professional individual.. When I was looking to buy a Honda and went online he was the first to respond to my request.
